Here at Mark Lancashire Dental Laboratory we strive to make high quality dental prosthesis with state of the art equipment and materials, we have a love for dental technology and are passionate of the work we do on the bench.
With a high emphasis on attention to detail, all our work is quality controlled at every stage and is meticulously constructed under magnification. Our work does not leave the laboratory without having ‘the wow factor’.
Immediately after your case arrives at the laboratory it is logged onto our LabTrac system and is followed through every stage of production. Being a smalller lab, we offer a more personal service and you will always speak to the same technician about your case; whether it be a full arch implant case or a single crown. You can be rest assured your case is not being made in another country as we are a British Bitemark laboratory, situated in the beautiful town of Launceston, Cornwall. We use traditional casting techniques in house, using the IQ induction casting machine and also CadCam technology.
Futhermore, we also offer a lab-to-lab service for other dental laboratories which has proven to be very popular. I am a Straumann platinum technician and regularly attend updates in order to maintain this approval, as well as attending numerous courses and serminars across the UK and much futher afield.
About Mark Lancashire
I have over 27 years of experience under my belt, 20 of these with implants and was trained in Manchester by one of dental technologies most respected technicians. I have also travelled extensively world wide on training courses to broaden my knowledge and to keep me abreast of the ever changing world of dental technology.
I took a major step in 2013 and opened my own private dental laboratory in the South West. Having a particular flair for implant retained restorations I can ensure that my work cast here in the laboratory fits perfectly, leaving our clients rest assured that any cases they receive back will be nothing but outstanding.
When I am not in the laboratory, which is very rare, I like nothing better than a sneaky pint in a country pub in front of a log fire, with my wife and business partner Christine and our Springer Spaniel Bailey.
